    I just thought I'd share this. Here is a car based on the sterling kit car but passed DOT tests. Between 3 and 17 were made so super rare just like our K1. If I didn't already buy a K1 I'd probably be bidding on this car. Except for the rear lights I think it looks really cool.

    I personaly like Factory Five GTM and their Type 56 coupe...
    Mmm like building kit car... hope to have finance for the future projects...

      Yea, the GTM is nice... but I sat in one and couldn't see the road in front of me. I don't think it is a driver's car. I bet it would be fun to build though. F5 makes really nice kits.

        I had a Delorean DMC in my garage for part of a year ..... talk about a car with no headroom ... and from a guy that stood 6'5"+!!! I would have changed out the Volvo/Renault drive train [like so many have done... ex: my F355 kit car] but I could not fit in it very easily [and with no seat adjustment to speak of] ..... just a more 'affordable' & unique car to work with to upgrade.
