  • Attack in Canada

I'm the only one who are from Canada on the Forum here? Please don't compare me to Terence & Philip...

I'm wondering... I know that US rules are more strict then ours. I also know that the Attack is not available in the US because it need to respect these rules. But Could I command one from Slovakia and make it ship to Canada?

I'm not sure you have answers to these questions but I'm trying...

I don't see why K-1 wouldn't ship to Canada. If for some reason they won't, see if Euroworks will (the US rep). The only major difference would be getting it road certified after it's built. You'd have to check with local regulations to find out how difficult that would be. In the US, it's different for every state.

    Blame Canada . . . .

a thread in general about it !

BTW : Bonjour et ca va ! ! je suis de montréal également.

You are saying that the laws in US are more strict then us, it's all depends. In quebec we have strict law and some stupid cops ! ! in US it's different, they tolerate more things but their laws are strict and you know where you are going. In quebec the law are not enough clear and they are going to be more stritct and more clear in 1-2 years cause they are working on it.

Quebec law should look more like the Californian look in some years I believe. Young tuners and some olders too are getting more and more angry about cops arresting us.
Why complicate things when you can make them simple.

OK, I have been looking into kit cars for about 1/2 a year now.

When you order the kit, get them to ship it as car parts. As soon as Transport Canada see's "Kit Car" they have a fit and you have about a month of paper work to do!

                Just a heads up

The shipment is labeled Automobile parts...and yes I can ship to Canada no problem...You just have to make sure you can get it through your customs and how to liscense it in your prov. We are working with a company in Quebec to be our representative in Canada.
